CQU Organisational Restructure homepage - 8 Jan 2008
University senior management have proposed a CQU Organisational Restructure to combat the university's financial downturn. Broad principles for change during this restructure is captured in its CQU Significant Change Proposal (22 October 2007). The following homepage is considered the mechanism for staff to directly offer feedback, suggestions and comments. The site provides access to the Significant Change Proposal itself, the policy document that maps the process for change, and copies of the current change proposals across various faculties and divisions at CQU.
