- Hertz #1 Club Gold is fast and efficient service which is tailor-made for frequent business renters.
By joining Hertz#1 Club Gold, customers avoid the queues and usual formalities associated with completing a rental agreement when renting from a location offering Gold Service.
The Benefits
There is no need to queue, all Hertz #1 Club Gold locations have dedicated rental areas for Gold members.
No Paperwork
There is nothing to sign; the details of each gold Member are held within our computer system and accessed each time a reservation is made. The vehicle keys and completed rental agreement are waiting at the counter on hour prior to the expected arrival of the customer. All the member has to do is show a valid driver's licence, collect the rental agreement and drive away.
How does Hertz #1 Club Gold work?
- Members complete and sign a single Master Agreement which specifies their preference of car group, protection cover and up to three preferred methods of payment
- A Gold Membership number is allocated and a Gold card sent to the member. The customer then simply quotes the membership number whenever making a reservation
- The yearly membership fee has been waived for NTEU members
- With every domestic rental you may receive 5 Qantas Frequent Flyer points per dollar spent
- To receive the points you must quote your Qantas Frequent Flyer Number at the time of reservation. Conditions apply.
