Active NTEU members
Dear NTEU member,
The NTEU has been growing very quickly this year. In the first 4 months of this year we had over 300 new members join the union at the University of Melbourne!
This is great news for all union members.
We found that many of these new members joined after being spoken to by a work colleague.
Please print out the membership form below and give it to someone you think should join in your area.
We are also looking for active members who are willing to stand up and be the workplace contact.
The role of the workplace contact is to hand out information, put up a poster or two in the staff room and convene meetings of members in their work area.
As we are now bargaining with the University we need to ensure we have a workplace contact in every area and department of the University.
