General Staff Submission
General Staff members of the NTEU have raised serious concerns
about how they have not been included in discussions about the
impending restructure. General Staff feel they have been completely
overlooked by University management, and they have not been given
any information about how new structures may affect their working
lives.
Genuine consultation and involvement of General Staff is essential
for any change process to be successful.
These, and many other issues are raised in the submission
document.
