April 2008 - the bargaining ahead
The presentation below provides background to our bargaining strategy and claims for this round of negotiations for your working conditions at USC.
It is important that our Log of Claims used to initiate bargaining reflects each topic area on which we intend to negotiate. Look at the mandatory list of items that every NTEU Branch will claim (at the end of the presentation) and email us with suggestions of issues that you'd like addressed. If we don't add them to the Log of Claims now we won't be able to pursue them in negotiations.
