Pay Rates
Over the last three years, increases in university salaries have kept pace with other industries, but previous high increases for CSIRO staff and recent landmark pay increases for teachers mean we cannot afford to be complacent.
A 27% salary increase is needed over the next three years to keep salaries in line with increases in other sectors and to ensure university staff salaries stay internationally competitive.
