[ +3 ] Sorry unable to attend your rally, things also a bit iffy at my workplace at the moment following 'review & restructure' so daren't take 'unauthorised' industrial action (community support worker, psych disability -- ASU), but I was totally there in spirit; my vote, my heart, my communication with others on the issue all with you. I think the State govt decision to cut TAFE funding and (far as I can understand it) soften you up so sector can be privatised and handed over to the profiteers is sickening, not just bad for workers but also for education generally. Seems the assaults on workers who provide service to those in need and to principles of egalitarianism are pretty much flavour of the month at the moment, I hope we can show solidarity and weather the storm, thank you to all your members who won't be silenced.
