A Basic Delegates Toolkit what does a Delegate need?
The minimum information requirements for all Delegates regardless of the extent of their role should include:
- A copy of the current Enterprise Bargaining Agreement
- Membership fee schedule applicable to your Branch
- NTEU Membership application forms
- Branch contact details (Branch office, Branch Office bearers, Division Industrial Officer and so on)
- (Some knowledge of/capacity to locate) Union Policy/ies
- Institutional Policy/ies & Procedures
- Members & potential members lists please remember these are confidential documents and must not be distributed, copied, handed out or in any way made available to anyone other than the Branch Executive Officer, Branch Office Bearers and Delegates.
If you are a Delegate and do not have all of the above information, you should contact your Branch.

- Membership Benefits Guide
- Non-members Policy
- Posters, stickers, badges etc
