Workplace Bullying
Module Overview
A short lunch time module designed to raise awareness of the nature and effect of workplace bullying, including strategies for dealing with such situations.
Module Objectives
By the end of this module participants will be able to:
- Identify instances of bullying in the workplace
- Discuss the complexities of bullying situations
- Identify the basic information required to take action against individual instances of workplace bullying
- Identify the basic information required to take action against workplace bullying in a macro sense
- List the basic elements of the Union’s policy against Workplace Bullying and how to implement it.
