EB Module 3: Campaigning and Activism around EB
Module Overview
This module is designed to provide a framework for planning a linked industrial and recruitment campaign including identifying and allocating priority tasks. This module should be delivered to Branch committee members, Branch Executive Officer, reference group members (or equivalent), Delegates and any other interested members.
Module Objectives
By the end of this module participants will be able to:
- Identify campaign targets, key issues and campaign goals
- List all the current methods of communication with members and potential members and identify the tasks necessary to bring these communications to campaign readiness
- Outline some basic guidelines for dealing with the media
- Continue the identification and allocation of priority tasks in preparation for the campaign.
