This document is an application to Fair Work Australia to seek assistance to resolve a dispute in relation to the implementation of clause 48 Academic Workloads in the La Trobe University Collective Agreement 2009.

NTEU La Trobe Branch is disputing the decision of the University to implement a new academic workload system based upon points rather than hours. This will disguise the amount of time it takes for tasks and lead to further workload intensification.
