When planning for 2013, the South Australian Division of the NTEU decided its priority was to avoid repeating last round's lengthy collective bargaining period. Division Secretary, Kevin Rouse told edXpress that it took nearly two years to reach agreement at all three of South Australia's universities.
“From an off-the-cuff comment about an elephant being able to have a baby in the same amount of time, the ‘two years was too long’ message was born. We asked ourselves what else could have happened in two years and the result was an effective and amusing poster series putting the length of bargaining rounds in to perspective,” Rouse
