This conference aims to build partnerships and networks to advance the participation and retension of women in science, engineering, mathematics and technology. It aims to bring women scientists together across disciplinary boundaries to celebrate achievements, share experiences, explore issues and define a better balance for women in careers in Science, Technology and Engineering.
