NTEU and 2003-4 Federal Budget

On May 13, the Federal Government will introduce the most significant reforms to Australias higher education system in over a decade.
The National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) represents the industrial and professional interests of 26,000 academic and general staff in all 38 of Australias public universities.
The NTEU will be in Canberra on May 12,13 and 14 to monitor the outcomes of the Governments higher education reforms.
Briefing for the parliamentary media
The NTEU, the National Union of Students (NUS) and the Australian Council of Australian Postgraduate Associations (CAPA) will be holding a briefing for members of the media on the higher education reforms to be introduced as part of the Federal Budget.
