UNION ORGANISER and UNION INDUSTRIAL OFFICER Positions Vacant in QLD
The NTEU invites applications for the positions of UNION
ORGANISER and UNION INDUSTRIAL OFFICER (Qld).
Union Organiser is a full time ongoing position and will be
employed at Griffith University Branch to work across Brisbane
and Gold Coast Campuses.
Union Industrial Officer is a full time, fixed term position in the Brisbane office to assist in the union’s response to Work Choices.
The NTEU covers all staff employed in universities and specialises in advancing their industrial and professional interests through industrial negotiation and community campaigns. A team of twelve staff are employed across Queensland.
Applicants will need to demonstrate relevant qualifications, skills and experience, familiarity with higher education and evidence of commitment to the union movement.
