NTEU lodges Rule Change Application

Notice That the National Tertiary Education Industry Union has Lodged an Application to Alter Its Rules – other than its Eligibility Rule.

On Monday 3 March 2008, the National Tertiary Education Industry Union (NTEU) lodged an application to alter its Rules with the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, in accordance with the Section 159(1) of the RAO Schedule to the Workplace Relations Act.

This Notice is placed in order to meet the requirements of Regulation 126 of the RAO Regulations.
