    [ +1 ] I believe Management can and should offer us a better Agreement
    We should not be amongst the lowest paid in NSW
    We should be valued and respected

    [ -9 ] I'm voting no beacue I dfon't find it fair that we are going to be paid a salary increase that will widen the gap between general staff here at UOW and other universities. This will leave us amongst the lowest paid general staff in NSW. I consider the Agreement to be disrespectful and it does not value my contribution to the university.

    [ -1 ] Always suspicious when one-off cash bonuses are offered to get a desired outcome in a vote. $1000 may seem a nice chunk of dosh on the eve of spend-mass(TM), but spread over the term of the offered award it is just a bit insulting. I think UOW staff are a bit better at primary-school maths than management are giving us credit for!

    [ +4 ] I wont sit back and let Management think they can offer me a wage thats equal to the lowest paid university stafff in NSW. Im voting no and will tell fellow staff to do so as well. We as staff have made the university the world class facility that it is today and deserve more respect and more pay!

    [ -1 ] I'm voting NO because the University doesnt value the work we as a staff collective put into the University for them to get their Awards and International recognition! How can we be offered an Agreement which will see us as some of the lowest paid University staff in the state, when this University is ranked in the top 2% in the world in certain ratings?? VOTE NO and show Management we are worth more because WE ARE !
