Getting involved
The strength of a union depends on more than just the size of its membership—to a large degree it depends on how active and engaged its members are. As a democratic, member-driven organisation we support the active involvement and leadership of our members at all levels. Training and support are available.
There are a few ways you can get more involved in the NTEU:
- Get involved in your Branch and upcoming local activities.
- Subscribe to our delegate and activist e-bulletin to learn more about the union and the ways you can be involved.
- Join an NTEU network or working party to discuss issues of interest with other members.
- Become a workplace delegate and work with your colleagues to build our Union and give members the best possible representation at work.
