    It's about Quality Education

Negotiations started in August 2012 and are still going. Little real progress has been made and it is taking too long. Unless management is more
responsive in negotiations we will be forced to take industrial action in support of our campaign for sustainable working conditions.

The NTEU wants reasonable workloads and secure work for staff. So the staff can do their job well and provide you with Quality Education.

So as the year continues, we want to let you know that we do not want to disrupt your education. We do not want to disrupt your records, your assessments or your libraries. We will continue to negotiate and show our collective strength, but we may have no choice. That’s up to Monash management. We hope you will understand and support us.

    It’s about Quality Education.
