ALRC Sedition Law Review
|
The Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) has been asked to review the sedition
provisions of the new anti-terrorism legislation that was passed in November 2005. As part of this
review the ALRC sought submissions to its Issues Paper, to which the NTEU prepared and submitted a
response.

conducting an inquiry into the provisions of the Australian Research Council (ARC) Amendment Bill.
