Respect at Work is...

respect-vote-yesNTEU members across Victoria have voted at members meetings to intitiate the ballot process for industrial action. Staff are demanding respect from their university senior managements.

A new collective agreement will ensure that staff receive:

  • Professional rights and respect
  • Job security
  • Improved working environment and conditions
