NTEU COL Branch: Why the NTEU opposes the proposed Enterprise Agreement
NTEU opposes the draft Enterprise Agreement being sent to College of Law staff and encourages all staff to VOTE NO in the upcoming ballot to be held 19 - 20 June.
Six bargaining meetings have been held since the unsuccessful EA vote earlier this year to try and progress outstanding issues. The NTEU continues to have a number of concerns about the provisions of the proposed new EA and therefore opposes the agreement. -

College of Law: Vote No on management's draft Agreement
College of Law management have sent a draft Enterprise Agreement to all staff for consideration. NTEU COL members oppose this Agreement and are encouraging all staff to Vote No in the upcoming ballot to be held January 11 to 14.
This Agreement reduces existing conditions at the College in a number of ways, including abolishing the automatic incremental increase staff receive on the anniversary of their employment for performance-based pay. More details are available at: www.nteu.org.au/nsw/col -
