Bluestocking Week at the University of Melbourne

You are invited to attend a lunch seminar to celebrate Bluestocking Week, Women in Higher Education.

Details of the lunch time seminar
This will be held on Friday 17th of August from 12:45 until 2pm at Graduate House (220 Leicester St, Carlton).

The NTEU is proud to have three speakers discussing women’s issues in Higher Education. They are:
•         Jeannie Rea, NTEU President
•         Dr. Maree Pardy, School of Social and Political, University of Melbourne
•         Prof. Francis Separovic, HoS School of Chemistry, University of Melbourne

There will be a light lunch consisting of sandwiches, savouries and fruit platter and soft drinks. Please forward this to you students and other colleagues within the University. As part of Bluestocking Week 2012 the University of Melbourne Student Union are hosting a networking event for women students and academics in order to build connections between women at the University of Melbourne. The networking drinks will be held at TSUBU Japanese beer garden, building 1888, Parkville campus. NTEU members are encouraged to attend, and can RSVP by contacting womyns@union.unimelb.edu.au
